And if we can get someone who is familiar with these trails and willing to be the Event Coordinator, we would like to offer this time (Fri - Mon) for PRE-AGM trails rides for anyone coming to the United Annual Meeting in Traverse City on June 15 & 16.

As Bob put it, no formal details, just an informal get together for whoever wants to show up. It just helps to have someone who can show/lead those of us who are not from Michigan. We may or may not get any/many takers from other States. But we will attempt to get some indication of Who and How many, through the UFWDA AGM registration process.

So this is a request to step up and help your Association and have FUN at the same time!

    Thanks!

PS - To Jarhead, let me know if I overstepped my "AGM planning" tasks.

    Bob,Doug...........
I'm also putting together the itinerary for the post AGM trailride. How would you like to handle the advertising? Shouldn't we put both together? I'm doing a 1 maybe two pager for the next voice with pictures. Maybe someone could put together the pics for the pre event trail ride as well.
I'd like to appear seamless as if they we both being planned together, not positioning one against the other. Some folks may just have schedules that fit one of the other better.
    thoughts?

YES, Jim M was on my list to contact and discuss the Post-AGM activities. Just haven't got there yet when this popped up.

I'll get with Jim M via email to work on the details.
    I agree with Jim's ideas/concerns.

    Melanie is already updated.
