I hate signing petitions blindly, so I'll share my homework:

The Illinois OHV Fund is funded through sales of ATV/MX registration fees, and through the sale of permits that are required to be displayed when visiting OHV-Fund supported facilities. Grants for maintenance and improvements at OHV facilities can be granted by the Illinois OHV Advisory Board. More information at:

I have been to the cliffs and I agree with Kevin, it's a great place that would be a shame to close. It's not for the faint of heart but that's what makes it fun. Not that it's a good thing but I'm glad the problem is funding rather than tree huggers.
