How can the allocated slots be 10% full when they're not accepting registrations till tomorrow? Or is this RSVP good enough to hold a spot?

No the RSVP will not hold you a spot, its just kind of an At-A-Glance type of system so you can see how much interest and how many people are planning on coming.

Checks should be made out to Soldiers of Fortune Offroad.

I made my check out to Jim Roy is that ok. It didnt say anything about who to write the check out to just his contact info so thats why I made it out to him. May want to change the form to state that.
