    This post on MichiganWheelers has a couple more links regarding the situation. If you read the first link it looks like they are continuing the fight to re-open Paragon if possible. If they get it done they will own 2 parks in 2 states.

    The reason that they lost Paragon is because they didn't cross their t's and dot their i's allowing a loophole where the landowners could cancel the lease. Was it a crummy deal? Absolutely!

    Did it show a weakness in business management? Yes.

    So, to answer your question, if they continue to make poor management decisions it may not be long before Badlands has a legal problem.

    That makes sense. I would think that they would have learned something from that and would apply it here (but you never know....).

    I stand behind this statement. They can say this and that but the case held up in court and they lost it. I'm not saying they are bad at running an ORV park because they had an awesome park. But, that is only half the battle. The other half is staying legal.
