Depends on the dressing and toppings...so generally no. and fyi, the taco salad at Taco Bell is the worst thing for you, followed by the taco salad at Wendy's. They're healthy as long as you don't eat the crust, nachos, sour cream, chili or cheese...so basically you're left with the lettuce and tomatoes.

Ask Carter he is a GREAT cook with lots of knowledge and suggestions.

He even built a Jeep Cooker out of an old Postal Jeep and tows it behind his CJ8. I've tried it (his BBQ) and I like it!!

I stand by my credo that salad is NOT food.......it's what food EATS!!!!

But here's a different recipe that makes a good salad (in case you run out of fish). You need a head of lettuce, a small can of sweet baby peas, miracle whip, lawreys salt, and 2 cans of mini shrimp.

Rinse and tear the lettuce, and put it in a bowl.

Add some miracle whip (sprinkled with Lawrys), and mix until creamy. Put the peas and shrimp into the mix, along with just a LITTLE of the pea juice and the shrimp juice from the cans.

Mix it all together and eat immediately. It gets soggy if you let it sit.

    TASTY!!
