So, do we pack a lunch, or are we going to take a break at a local restaurant? Trail cookin' maybe?

Has anyone run these trails before? Anything interesting? Are there any snowmobile trails in the area we need to avoid? If so, anyone with a sled to cover it?

How many people usually show up compared to how many RSVP?

    Never been there before.

Plan to bring everything you'll need for the day.
We're not sure how it's going to turn out until we see how many volunteers we have vs. how much there is to do.

Pat, I'm glad I finally got to meet you. I had a great time on the run with Chuck and Chad. Thanks to all for making it so easy. I'll try to get those tracks and waypoints out Sunday night.

This project sure did point out out the shortcomings of having such an ancient GPS. Next time I might try having the GPS hooked up to the laptop while I'm running so I won't run out of bread crumbs like I did today.

Looking forward to the next time...

    THANK YOU EVERYONE!

    We had a great turnout!

14 vehicles broke into 6 groups to cover the project area.
Some were done in just a few hours.
It'll be interesting to see all of the data when it comes in.
I'll bet we covered it all.

I'll let you know how the data looks when I get it complied.

    THANKS AGAIN!

GREAT to put a face with the name!

    Thanks for coming out.

I should mention that this event also allowed me the pleasure of meeting upchuck, yj_Hank, and S2theMach too.

And it looks like Heather from Great Lakes Lane Rover Club (Jeeprz knows who I'm talking about) who joined us for the day will also be joining GLFWDA now too. (Stay on her and make sure she does Kevin, lol)

    THANKS EVERYONE!
