    Default Another "finally joined"

I've been waiting for a reason to join for a long time, and the OSTC trip did it for me. I feel like I know most of you already, but what the hell.. here goes...

I'm from Midland, went to college at Kettering University in Flint, graduated in 04 with BSME (Mech eng, powertrain specialty). I currently work for Ford in diesel development and live in Dearborn Heights. My rigs started with a 95 Explorer, then 74 Cj5, then 88 Toyo minitruck, then 86 4runner, then 81 CJ8 and now onto the Ford powered buggy. For about the last 3 years I wanted a buggy, and for year or so I planned every detail for what I wanted powertrain wise, axles, etc. When the chassis came up for sale I jumped on it (bought it before Nick even took it apart).

When I got the chassis I was so stoked I couldn't stop working on it. From the day I dragged the blank chassis into the garage, I drove it out 3 months and 2 days later for the UOC opener in Fenton. For anone who knows me.... my previous build (scrambler pic) was about 3 years... but admitadly, was a lot more complex than the buggy.

Bones, I hope Aaron made it home ok. Last I saw him, he was hammering the T case into 4 Hi. I shouldn't really laugh, but you two ripping on each other was definitely a highlight of the event. Especially over the "Hi Lift".

Anyways, we're glad you joined. I'll PM you about Friday.
