Avatar Size?

Is it just me, or does anyone else think the avatar size is a little too big?

Other forums I have been on have had much smaller requirements, but I don't think this sites max size allowed size is bad.

I would like to know how to make the pictures changes like others have

It&#39;s called an animated gif file. If you google "animated gif maker" you can find a few sites that will make one for you, or contact me or others on the board and we can make one for you (you provide the pictures).

I found an .gif animator on line and got it all set up. I removed my old avatar, but cannot add anymore, I continue to get an error of sorts. I can&#39;t even load the old picture I had up before.

Any help?

When trying to upload your old picture after the upload, be sure to refresh the web page to verify whether or not change took.
