OK, here's how I spent part of my Sunday afternoon...

I had some Bushwacker rocker panel protectors (they were a gift, and I wouldn't recommend them). Anyway, they were not holding on well with the super-duper 3M tape and they faded from a cool black to crappy gray. Plus, my rock rails were pretty beat up from last year's trail runs and the past winter.

So, I ripped off the plastic panels and sprayed bedliner on the rocker panels and the rock rails.

Here's a before and after shot:

Well, if you can tell me where I can drop very little cash, spray some stuff on it and it's lifted, well then count me in!! <_<

Actually, I've decided to stay stock height for at least a bit longer. At least I know I can always find a challenge in Michigan.

I used bedliner as a barrier about 6 years ago on my rockers. Painted the body and the inside of the rocker guard and Saturday when I pulled them apart, there actually wasn't any rust on the body or on the rocker!!! On a DD in Michigan! I had to sit down after that!

Meguires? makes some blackening stuff for black plastic, works pretty good, just have to use it once a week and its best if its not already faded! What else works good is "Plastic Paint", made to bond to plastic. Wifes Jeeps fenders look pretty good 2 years later, they were practically white before!

Juliet: Can you carry me upside down to bed?!
Violet: Cookie?
