After you upload the new Avatar: Hit refresh or change pages to be sure your change wasn't completed. I had the same problem, or at least thought I did, till Tim told me my computer was simply reloading the old page because it was faster. He told me to either refresh the page or get out of my controls and come back to verify if the problem still existed- it didn't.

OK Deathdealer, I need another tutorial on resizing pics so I can post a new avatar.
Mine are greater than 100KB. How do I make them a smaller file size so I can upload them from my computer??

Thanks from a non-techy!

Here's an easy way to do it...

http://www.myimager.com/
On the menu up top go to File: open
then Browse to file, click upload.
Select Edit:resize
Select Maintain aspect ratio
then select the largest dimension (height or width) and enter 100

At this point you can continue to manipulate the image, or just right click on it and save it to your desktop as the resized image. (However, this site has popups/popunders that can be annoying, but hey! it's free)

A better way is to use a free program called IrfanView http://www.irfanview.com/ - 5 stars.

Well, my Grand is Blue. Got the new avitar working. Thanks!

The '65 got painted Green and we added seat belts after my 2 older brothers rolled it. The '65 was before seat belts were OEM!
