    Yep. East of 18, near Mud Lake.. A game preserve up there lost 48 of them. It costs like &#036;3000 to go hunt one at the preserve, or &#036;15 for a firearm deer license and you can hunt one in the wild&#33; I dont know how well the 170grain 30-30 would do, but I had enough rounds to knock it down eventually.. and I had my tree picked out to climb when that thing decided to charge..

    I got back last night. I got a spike and I had a doe permit so I got a doe also. Had a great time up there as usual. I had a bald eagle with two little ones land on a tree about 20 yards in front of me over the creek. They were there about 10 minutes before the adult let out a screech and dove down to grab a fish out of the water. It flew off with a pretty good size steelhead in its claws with the two little ones in close pursuit.
    98 TJ 4.0/5spd, D30 w/Aussie, D44 welded, 3.5" RE Superflex, 1.25" body lift, rear corner crushers with sunken LED taillights, flat fendered front, OBA, sitting on 33s.
