I usually come down for a couple days during the week prior, but I usually skip the actual cruise. Too many minivans, ricers, and trackers (sorry Bryce) running around, clogging traffic and my crap Fairlane already runs hot.

i wouldnt go during "the cruise", its too packed
We usually go down thru the week to watch.
I don't cruise because I don't believe a Jeep fits the mold of what the cruise was intended for. I wish all the "wanna be's" would stay off the road and let the classics have more freedom.
We find that Tuesday or Wednesday is the best. :thumb-up:

Thanks to those that do all the hard work.
We usually head down for a couple of evenings during the week in Dad's '66 Coronet. But every year it starts getting a little crazier a little earlier in the week. My cousin has a party every year on Saturday, but parking is such a hassle (she lives on Catalpa just W of Woodward) that we haven't even tried going down the last couple of years.
And I'm with Jim K - I'm sure the folks lining the streets are there to appreciate the classics, and my YJ is far from being a classic.
