Kinda thinking premature here, but some curiousity chatter about trying to do a rbor at Silver Lake sand dunes. Was curious who a good contact might be or if even possible. This year we have a few duplicate locations for the races, trying to spread the series around Michigan. Feel if slsd was a possibility, it would be an absolute riot. But being a state run location just not sure if possible, or if it's worth/affordable option.

Who might I get into contact with at the state level (dnr) to inquire? I know glfwda has some contacts being the spring training etc with the rangers.

Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Jody Johnson is the park manager, he has relatives who are GLFWDA members, the Roggows. I've known Jody for 20 years or so, real good guy and easy to talk to. He is where I would start.
