2nd Annual West Michigan Jeep & 4X4 Fest June 24th 2017

Come join us for the 2nd annual Jeep and 4X4 Fest Military edition.

This year is going to be bigger and better. Huge vender area, food vendors, 4 bands playing throughout the day, show and shine area, entertainment for both the adults and kids. The progressive obstacle coarse is going to be bigger with some unique obstacles to challenge you whether you have a stock or built rig.

Cost at the gate is $5 per person age 16 and under are free. Entry into the show and shine or the obstacle coarse is $20 or $30 to do both. What a great way to spend a great day with minimal cost and give back to our veterans while doing it.

100% of all money collected will be split between 2 charities. 80% goes to Habitat for Humanity Veterans Build and 20% goes to Team Rubicon. All donations are tax deductable.

We will be holding a couple of Jeep nights to help raise money for the event.

They will be making room in the street in front of the Bar for you to bring your Jeeps out.

The scheduled dates are:
Thursday April 6th 6PM to 10PM
Thursday May 18th 6PM to 10PM

Another Meet & Greet date and location has been added. This coming Saturday March 25th. Our first of a few meet and greets for the upcoming West Michigan Jeep & 4X4 Festival. Come out and enjoy some food and camaraderie with fellow Jeep & 4X4 enthusiast.

For every $20 donation you get a West Michigan Jeep & 4X4 Fest event hat.

Only a few weeks away.

We are looking for a few volunteers to help make this run smoothly.

You will receive free gate admission for your help.

We are only asking for a couple hrs of your time so you will have plenty of time to check out all the activities going on for the day.

All volunteers will also need to show up Thursday June 22nd at 6:30pm at the Hudsonville Fair Grounds for your assignments and instruction.

This is going to be HUGE!!!!

I have 50/50 tickets for sale.

The price is $5 each.

You do not have to be present to win.

The potential jackpot is.

$12,500

If all tickets are sold.

Tickets will be sold up to the time of the draw or when all tickets are sold.

Which ever comes first.

50% of the money collected from the ticket sales goes to the owner of the winning ticket.

The other 50% will be added to the total to be donated to the two Veterans charities.

The drawing will be held on the main stage at the West Michigan Jeep & 4X4 Fest June 24th 2017 6:30pm.

Concrete for obstacle course arrived Tuesday.

The crew is out there today building the coarse and should be done by the end of the day.

Thursday the event planners will be testing the coarse and tweaking as necessary as well as meeting with volunteers to hand out assignments and go over their responsibilities.

We still are in need of about 15 volunteers so show up Thursday June 22nd at 6:30pm and we will put you to work.

Friday the vendors start coming in.

First thing in the morning Friday the event planners will be interviewed again on Fox17 and giving the anchors & camera people rides on the coarse.

Saturday is the big day.
