I assume they mean no new clubs added to the list of grant sponsors?

Oh, thanks for the heads up Paul, I was all set to be there this Saturday.
The workshop is for grant sponsors that perform trail maintenance for the DNR. It's various clubs from full-size to motorcycles that attend. Although open to anyone interested, if there are no changes to the procedures, and no new sponsors then I can see why they feel there is no need for workshop.
I've always enjoyed these. Kind of bummed they cancelled.
But how are we to learn about this kinda stuff if they cancel. We were going cause of plans to do trail clean ups in the Holton/Twin lake area. It's a large part of WHY we became a Club.

Yeah I understand where you are coming from. I know I appreciate new groups getting involved.
I'm not sure if this workshop is what you might be thinking it is. This is where current grant sponsor groups and clubs learn about any changes to the procedures for brushing and signing the States ORV trail and route systems. The marked stuff the DNR provides maps for on their web site. I'm not to familiar with Hilton/Twin lake area, but looking at the DNR page I only see cycle and ORV trails there. No routes for the full size users.
If you're looking to help clean up dump sites I'm sure that someone can help point you in that direction.
I'm not trying to tell you NOT to attend one of these work shops, as they are helpful to anyone who wants to seek being a grant sponsor when/if something ever comes available or help a current sponsor.
I'm just looking to get as much info on any topic that I can.
As for Holton Twin Lake area, it's mostly forest roads.
