Habitat For Humanity - Veteran Habitat Build
80% will go to Habitat For Humanity—Veteran Habitat Build:
A Veteran Program that empowers West Michigan veterans through homeownership, home repairs and mentorship. Our Veterans are coming home. Over the next five years, nearly 10,000 veterans will return to our state each year, many of them to Kent County. These brave men and women have sacrificed so much to serve our country. They deserve a place of peace and stability. They deserve a home.
Habitat for Humanity of Kent County is proud to stand with and work besides our veterans to provide a true homecoming. Each year we partner with veteran families to build new homes or renovate established homes. We invite you to hear their stories. We invite you to partner with us and become part of their stories.

Team Rubicon
20% will go to Team Rubicon:
Team Rubicon is a veteran-based, non-profit, specializing in disaster response. We unite the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. Through this continued service, Team Rubicon provides our veterans with three things they lose after leaving the military: a purpose, gained through disaster relief; community,*built by serving with others; and identity, created by joining a new mission. Coupled with leadership development and other opportunities, Team Rubicon looks to help veterans transition from military to civilian life. Please visit our website to*learn more. http://www.teamrubiconusa.org.
Team Rubicon: Disasters are our business. Veterans are our passion.
The mission for this event is simple:
Involve off-road enthusiast in comradery with likeminded individuals.
Effectively integrate the Off-road community with Military Veteran Charities here in West Michigan.
To honor and show our appreciation to those who served and assist those veterans in need who sacrificed for our freedom
West Michigan Jeep & 4X4 Fest is a Fund Raising Event to support our Military Veterans in West Michigan. What better way than to show the love for the off-road sport, and to integrate our community with these Military Charities. We could not do what we do, if we didn’t have these brave men and women who sacrificed for our Freedom. This is an opportunity to give back to those most deserving, and best of all, it stays right here in West Michigan.
Kent County alone has nearly 34,000 veterans. An estimated 10,000 more veterans will return to Michigan each year through 2018.
