We will be meeting after the Two Trackers cleanup, for those not familiar with the area, the hotel is only about 15 minutes from where the cleanup will end.

For those that do not have any commitments after the cleanup, I am thinking the hour before the scheduled meeting time would be a good time for committee meetings, informal chat, etc.

If you are looking for a room for a night or the entire weekend, please consider calling the Comfort Inn and staying right there where the meeting is scheduled - they are offering a $62.99/night rate for the weekend, and you are 15 minutes from the cleanup and 30 minutes from the dunes.

Just a few days away!

I gave everyone Saturday off so I could ride my bike over to attend. Weather forecast showed rain the other day over the whole weekend, so I made other plans. Look again tonight and its supposed to be sunny! Hope everyone has a good time, I get to host a family reunion at my house now.

Little bit of a snag form our meeting this afternoon...seems my briefcase did not make the trip to the west side of the state with us. We will try to get agendas printed this afternoon but not making any promises.

Also, due to the frantic pace the last few weeks at work I was unable to line up all of the pieces required to pull off remote access to the meeting for those that are unable to attend in person. Our summer meeting is still planned to be 100% electronic, and hopefully out fall meeting will again have live+webinar format.
