It means the spam has been deleted and the ip address has been banned.

Also, if a post is reported, all the mods grt an email stating a post was reported for whatever reason so we can take care of it as quickly as possible.

The forum has not been "hacked".

If users are posting spam, that means they went through the registration process, got their confirmation email, and were allow to post to the forum.

I try to ban all suspected spammers as soon as I get notification they signed up, but I don't police the forums on the weekends.
