Mike,
When you get towards the south end on that trail, it drops down into a nice valley. Since it is cross country legal, consider going left or right and then climbing the ridge to the south.

I think I might know where you think we are but I think we are not in the same place as you think we are therefore I think we might have a surprise trail so the area you think we are is still a good idea so I think we should try that also

This trail was way south of the ridge that's near the fire road, it's a train wreck of a trail. There was only forward or back with trees right up to the side of the deep cut trail. This will be run on our Friday 'body damage' run.

Another thing we found out, the rocks were about impossible with snow on them.

Looking at the DNR map compared to GPS tracks it starts on the ATV then leaves it to the south then comes back into it before Carter Lake Rd.
