I thought I could slide it under the jeep but it is to tall. I thinking about using some treated 4x4's screwed to the wood deck and ratchet strap them to the frame of the jeep as a way to support...

I don't see the soft top frame holding the weight.

Unfortunately were not going to be able to bring the canoe. There's just no way to haul it up there.
