This is awesome! You are all just babies :banghead: I was four wheeling in those days, but didn't know there were organizations or clubs for it...after all, my tandy computer took up my whole basement and the intraweb wasn't public just yet.
I ran with an awesome full sized Bronco, customized with purple shag carpet, bean bag chairs in the back and a nice gradient purple stripe down the sides :thumb: feathered hair and a mullet too

I was a Road Runner 4x4 club back then and was running the start/finish line.
I remember her jeep was stuck or quit just short of the last turn, so she ran to the line with everyone cheering

Holy old fart Batman! How have you been Bernie? Don't tell me you still have that J10 in your avatar? S.O.R. '77 was at the Covert property I believe. Pics to far away to distinguish a Jeep from a Jeep.
Still remember the Onion Run from way back and of course all the T.Q. runs through Taqua Trail.
What ever happened to Mary and Gary Sassin?

Where did this take place? My Dad and I had buggies...nothing fancy, but had great times with them. I remember the 1st Mount Baldy hill climb @ Silver Lake. The days when you could run any which way on the dunes. The 1st small parking lot. Ah the good ole days.
