Well, this is way before my wheeling times, although I have to say it kinda looks like Jim K, and that kind of resembles a SwampStopmpers sticker.

That picture was taken before I was born. That guy is old Shawn, but I am doubting Jim K looked old in '79, I think that just started coming around the last couple years.

This crossing is the Boardman river, on the corduroy road trail, that starts in Fife Lake. The road was built by the gas Co. to follow there lines through the swamp. For those who haven't seen a corduroy road, its built by laying the cut trees down across the swamp to drive over, can get tough on the undercarriage,
Allot like rock crawling, wrong move= dent,torn off exhaust,or ripped off tire.
But we had to go,because it was there LOL note the gas pipe line post and sign in the avatar photo. Back in those days we were a minor inpact on the trails. there were only a few 4x4s not one in every drive like now. During a snow storm the police would use us as patrol rigs there cars were in the garage.
Times have changed.
