The Black Hills National Forest Advisory Board?s OHV Travel Management Subcommittee today announced the release of a User Needs Assessment Questionnaire (Print PDF Document) that will allow interested parties to answer a series of questions and submit comments to the Subcommittee. December 15th has been set aside as the deadline for questionnaire submissions.

The Black Hills are in South Dakota.

My family and I travel and wheel in many different states. But, no matter where we go, we run into issues where someone or somebody is trying to reduce and or eliminate our ability to enjoy Public Land Use for Off-Roading. I do whatever I can where ever I am to help keep Public Lands Public For Any and All Uses.

Right now, we happen to be on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Beaufort, South Carolina has a number of MUDD BOGGS, and I do mean MUDD&#33;
