As some of you may know I just spent 2 weeks hunting in Montana.

Upon our arrival and setting up camp we were met by a local rancher wanting us to sign a petition to keep the very land we were standing on open to the public instead of from the public.

The land we were going to be hunting and camping on is BLM controlled (meaning: whoever has the most money is in control) and this time it is Ted Turner. He owns a large ranch in the area and has drummed up support from the greenies and anti-Motorized folks for a full on, non motorized assualt on our land.

Of course we signed it!

So if you think your public hunting or wheeling land isnt in jeopardy, think again!

The next time you head out west to hunt or play, even on a snow-mobile you might find the land that belongs to you is off limits, and it is moving this way!

I know how it goes. Now that Ted's there, he wants to close the drawbridge behind him.
