View Full Version : Dana 30 ARB probs

Ive got a dana 30 that i got a good deal on ( THINK I KNOW WHY NOW) with the warn hub conversion and an ARB in it
well i finallay got around to trying to wire up the arb and the bulkhead fitting is right next to the front upper control arm mount and it will not allow me to hook up the Bulkhead fitting to the diff housing

any ideas?

Post a picture if you can?

I would call ARB before I did anything they seem to have a helpful tech support.

Can you grind the mount down just enough to get the fitting on?

You may need to drill and tap a new hole, move it over and plug the old hole. Not a quick job but it can be done if you have the room in a D30.

ARB had 2 different styles for that fitting when I ordered parts for mine and they were different heights. Also they were very helpful and quick shipping.
