Here is the plan for the day. Hope to see you all there.
Great Lakes: Mounds Cleanup
Thank you for joining Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association in our Mounds Cleanup.
Following is a brief outline of the plans for the day:
? 12:00 pm ? Sign in.
? 12:30 pm - Group meeting hosted by Jim Mazzola
? Split into groups and mark the area you will commit to brush and clean. This includes picking up garbage.
? 12:45 pm - Head out to your area and enjoy a day in the woods.
? 3:00 pm ? Return to pavilion for Dogs, Brats, Chips, Cookies and Pop.
? 3:30 ? 4:00 pm ? Group discussion of which areas were cleared and which areas need additional work.
At this time, we will determine if we need to do more work or if we can go play for the remainder of the day.
!!!! Additional note: In order to provide food for those that have done the hard work, we will provide a ticket to each group during the cleanup period. In that way, when you return to the pavilion, the women working the food will know that you are a participant. Please keep in mind that we cannot afford to feed everyone that may happen to be there for a day of riding.
Once again, thank you for your help!
