Should be all taken care of now.
The problem had to do with the skin you were trying to use, (I believe). I reset that, and it should all work well now. If it continues to happen, you can manually change the skin that you use.
To do this, find "IPB Pre 2.0 Skins" which is in a drop down list on the bottom left of the page, then change it to "IPB Default Skin."
If "IPB Default Skin" was already selected and it does not work, contact me further and I will do more research on the issue.
