I have been there once on my quad and didn't know exactly where the trail went. It was a few years ago. The scramble area is for quads only, they had big cement barriers last time to keep trucks out. There wasn't too much there for trucks, but it wasn't too bad for the quads. The trail is open to trucks, I went down some of there even more years ago and they were not hard. Once again we didn't have a good map and just kinda snooping around the area. I did not go down a lot of the trail with my truck, so maybe someone else has been around there recently and can give you more than that. :D

Talk to Timbercruiser. He knows that area pretty well.

I ride my quads there a couple times a year, it's great for that.

The legal ORV route is basicaly just like the rest in MI, a legal shortcut for bikes and cycles! No chalenge to fullsize, and very dusty!

The scramble area would be an absolute blast in a Jeep but it is closed to fullsize.
Does not seem right to open it for one motorized sport and closed for another :<img src=:" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />

The area is very scenic and would offer a nice family style trail ride in the right conditions, like after a rain on a 55 degree day.

It can be fun for a fullsize. There are some decent hills, but they are kind of hard to find. Let me know when you want to check it out, I'll be glad to take you!!
We have another trail near there that we like to do. In the spring it has deep water holes, and some muddy spots.
