I am afraid they wouldn't allow me to attend unless I also went out and bought a Jeep.

The short answer is no. The longer answer is I will actually be in North East Ohio wheeling on a Hunt Club's 1500 acres.

As long as you're wheelin' ... and OH is closer than TX (was it?).

Is that $265 PER ADULT  :eek2: That doesn't include fuel or lodging... holy damn! I guess I will just wait and do Drummond on my own.

I did the Drummond Jamboree last summer(2008). Had a great time and met some nice people. It was an $800 weekend and I didn't even break anything.
Next year I'll go with some club and have just a good of a time and have enough money left over to pay for the much needed skidplate.

I think I spent $265 on registrations/shirts/camping/gas/food/beer/etc for DOA.
