GL voting procedure

Dear Great Lakes Fourwheel Drive Assoc. members and future members,

We will be changing the voting procedure for the October quarterly business meeting!

If you are a current fully paid member in good standing at the time of the October 9th 2005 meeting you will have the chance to vote on any issue that is brought forth. In other words, majority rules!

I encourage you all to attend and look forward to moving ahead with our Assoc.

I like the idea. My only question is how will topics be brought up for votes? Will the agenda be set beforehand or can items be brought up anytime during the meeting?
I would suggest setting the agenda first to maintain a smooth meeting. (of course with some flexibility)

We will definately have to set an agenda and post before the meeting so folks can see what is coming up.

Another idea on the floor is reducing the number of meetings to 1 or 2 a year.

As we become more streamlined, as it should be, we should be able to have this type of meeting.

Making these 1 or 2 meetings an event would be awsome!
