Well, it all started April 28th. Big trail run with some guys in the UP all setup 2 months or more in advance. I spent hours of time fine tuning a few things on my Jeep. Packing and painting and welding and grinding and sawing....
So, the day comes I need to leave for the trip after I get out of work. On the way to work my Jeep takes a crap and I spend the rest of the day trying to fix it for the trip. The next day, I give up on it and borrow a car to drive up to the event and hitch a ride with a buddy. Lucky in a way because the Jeep didn't die on I-75 in between no-where!
Get home and the wife started yet another project.....that I have to finish....or should I say add to the list. So, I get to knock down some walls, and install french doors etc...Finally finished putting the doors in, now I have to drywall it all  its worse when you have no woodworking skills.
But my Jeep still is dead, after checking stuff out on it after work an hour each night, testing one sensor, then another, then another....order a FSM, still no luck, everything is checking out OK. So I decided to switch my attention to something I could fix! I had this free Mitsu Eclipse sitting in my garage, it was supposed to be a DD instead of my Jeep. But it jumped timing and bent the valves in the head about a week after having it. That sat there half done for a year, so I spent the next week now fixing that.
So, now its this week. I finished the car. I have doors installed in the house. And I pulled the Jeep into the garage. I feel like I have accomplished something. I'm at the next phase!
Now I get to start a new project....bulldozing the backyard and building a garage.
Thats the 3 things that happen. 1)Jeep dies 2)New room project 3)New yard project......now nothing else can happen!!
