I was a little amazed at this today. I didn't see it in use tho'. Only saw the truck move once and this wasn't the strap he used. So I never talked to the guy about it.

Seeing as though that truck is from the Middle Road Mud Mashers, or whatever the last part of their name is, I can somehow believe they thought this was a good idea.

As we all know, the best way to fix a broken tow strap is to BUY A NEW ONE!!!!

These guys obviously aren't regulars on this board!!

The guys posted on GL4x4 today, and sent me a PM on GotMud. Its not the strap I saw him use, he had a big 6" strap or maybe it was 8". He says this a short 12' pull strap, never jerks with it. Still don't think it all that safe.

Just make sure he puts that end on what he's hooking up to and it'll be a self solving problem.
