ORV grant sponser meeting

Mr. Mulder and myself wil be attending an ORV grant sponsor meeting on march 3 at the DNR RAM center in Higgins Lake.

I will report back here when we return.

This meeting was to go over the trail maintenance handbook and some new procedures for doing the involved paperwork.

We did find out some interesting information on being able to submit paperwork for reimbursment of monies expended for insurance prior to completing the work.

This means that we can get back some of our precious funds almost as soon as we lay it out. This will help us out tremendously in 2005.

Other than this, Paul and myself found the rest of the info old knowledge.
