I spoke with the new ins. carrier and she said we can offer event memberships and still be covered by the policy. Like I said before this was not the case with our previous carrier.
Lets discuss changing the by-law however to up the event fee to $10 from $5.
This would help us attract new members but still add some incentive to become a full member if they wanted to come to 3 or more events in the same year!
