USFS trail closures?

There has been and is some talk over on jeepforum.com on the enviro beat that the changes have already come down regarding closed unless posted open? Is this just hearsay? Any confirmation?

Several Issues have been in place for a number of years, with the reallty just now settling in.

The Travel Management Rule Maps will be Published:

April 2007 - Ottawa
September 2007 - Hiawatha
March 2008 - Huron
March 2009 - Manistee
