We are working on the event permit issue and trying to find out through legal channels where we stand in regards to it.

Look for some kind of determination soon as were are proceding rapidly with this.

Has United and Carla B responded and been any help with this issue? I recall Kerry was sending a message to them some time ago. I meant to inquire at the last quarterly but it seems there was enough items covered then.

I spoke with Carla about this yesterday and although she gave me some good advice she couldnt help me any further due to her not being versed in MCL. (Michigan Compiled Law)

We are now working on getting a MI attorney to look at it.
