Staple Road Abandonment, Muskegon County

If ANYONE can make it, we need bodies in the room to support keeping this 'road' open to use. PLEASE! If you, or ANYONE you know, can attend it would be MOST appreciated. This one is going to be a tough sell and means a LOT to the 'system' in Muskegon county. It is an important part of a route connecting Whitehall back into the rustic transportation system.

We had 775 e-petition signatures, 64 hand written signatures, support from:

White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce
Twisting Trails SnoBroaves Snowmobile Club
West Shore Snowmobile Council
West Michigan Development Council
Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association
United Four Wheel Drive Associations
Two Trackers Four Wheel Drive Club

AND, most importantly, about 20 people IN THE ROOM!
(Compared to the opposition's 6)

This was just a data-gathering meeting, the CRC is scheduled to hear the results of this meeting on Oct 18th.
