Today at 330 my Fiance and I are closing on our first home! We are very very excited!

I will be moving about 20 miles north to Prsque Isle, MI. If any one is in the area wheeling and needs a garage for repairs... get in touch.

Remember when you go to do a project on your "new" home (I assume it's not actually new, just new to you) only do one at a time & be prepared for it to take 3 times longer than you thought it would. Oh, and however you thought it should be when you finish will not be what she saw in her mind. lol Trust me on that one. :ahhh::ahhh::ahhh:
