Our son Ian will be 6 on Sept. 8th. We decided to get him a pal.

His name is Lucas and he is a very shy Bluetick Coonhound that we saved from a dog rescue.

Cool! I have never been without a dog my entire life except for about a 1 1/2 year period. A boy can't go wrong with having a dog.

Nice dog to be rescued. We just had to put our Rottie down. He was very old.
