Wellsville in the spring

After reviewing my schedule and the parks schedule those seem to be the only 2 weekends avalible in the late May early June time frame. Let me know what works best for people.

yep... you can still go that weekend... but many of the people who I expected to be going, including myself, will be going somewhere else that weekend.

And before anyone says it, it's not "my" trip so I don't think i should just randomly invite everyone to join us where we're going.

I will be camping at the LOC 30 campground.. it has showers a pool, electric etc.

its kinda like being at home.

We had a poll going with an 83% response for May.

Nothing about June 3rd at all&#33; Not even in the poll.

Now a couple people can&#39;t make it in May and suddenly the whole date is changing???

Why bother with a poll at all?

I would expect that the people who voted for the date would stick to it&#33;

Sorry for the confusion. The "couple of people" who can make it include pretty much everyone I know thats knows thier way around there and could be trail leaders and probably half of the people I was counting on going. I thought if I got this up early enough I could avoid this problem but I guess I wasn&#39;t quick enough. My reason for avoiding the first weekend in June is that thats when "Dirty Minds" Jeep club (of which several GLFWDA members, including myself, are also members) is doing thier "Mud Mania" at the Mounds that weekend. Not that we can&#39;t go that weekend but as a member of both organizations I was trying to keep everyone happy. But it looks like thats not going to happen.

The 83% was 5 people.
Out of the 5 people about 4 voters (if I am counting right) have an annual trip which we just found out the date recently. I am very sorry we have upset anyone. I am sure if we had known the date it would never have been made an option. :blink:
