When do we leave?

Well, figure 14 hours each way. Has to be a long weekend for sure.

What is really cool is that a variety of rigs could go there as a group and still have fun. Although not everywhere, there are bypasses and spectator areas. As long as a stocker knew going in that he would have to watch some, everyone could have a good time.

I already got approval from Mrs. P_Hittie for GG, but since that won't happen I suddenly have unallocated vacation days. The waterfall tour sounds fun, but I was thinking about a trip with a few more obstacles.

Thanks rhino! I remember seeing that thread. Long before I knew I might end up at Iron Range. Can't wait!! Only a few more weeks! Should be leaving for the UP @ Aug. 11th and hitting the WSORR race at Bark River/Excanaba the 12th hopefully. Then it will be day-by-day to MN & back after that for 8 more days. I should have a bunch of pics!

I was hoping to get a set of rockrails and TJM bumper on before but it ain't near happening. Oh well.

Talk to the MNR while you're there and see if you can pick up any pointers on how they approach trails on hills and through mud.

Erosive???

Rocks, issues about oil spill mitigation?

:blahblah::blahblah::blahblah:

In other words, spend your vacation in meetings, instead of out on the trails.:lmao:

Seriously though, Have a great time.:wave:

I am sure I may end up yapping with one of them.
