Yeah, thats what I was thinking. One thing about this place, it is pretty much unregulated. I was there when a friday night run came in and it seemed like every person that came in had a beer in his hand. I would be a little nervous about going there on a holiday weekend.

I spoke with the guy that runs the place about bring a group down and he said just to watch the calander and make sure it wasn't the same weekend that their having an event. I don't know when he's going to put up the calander for next year but we can't pick a definate date for this until he does.

Wellsville looks pretty cool from the pictures, I think it would be a great choice.

So far the pictures I've seen posted don't even come close to doing it justice.

The only thing I'm not sure about is how much the place has to offer stock vehicles. I'm sure that with 2400 acres there some mild trails but what we ran was pretty hardcore with plenty of opertuntity for body damage and roll overs.

I'm almost stock, and I didn't roll over. There are mild trails you can use to get to the places to watch the large trucks climb the huge hills. Its always cheaper to watch then break your own, junk.

I don't know if I'd consider 33 BFG MT's, locked rear, LS front and a winch "almost stock".

One thing I'd like to do before taking a big group down there is to pre-run the place finding the "easy" ways through.

But I guess thats a good problem to have. Most places we go you have to pre-run to find the challenging stuff. At this place it's easy to find the tough stuff and we have to pre-run to figure out where stockers can go.

Or we can also ask our wonderful Indy member Trup to help us pre-run. He has already been there four times. I'd imagine by June he will know that place like the back of his hand.

:o It is so wonderful and yet..... so.... unknown. We are really going to have to prerun the trails because one minute you are on a fun curvy trail and then next thing you are crossing jagged rocks.

WOW an Ohio trail ride. I hope I can make it. I have been reading about Wellsville and considering taking in a ride there. Now maybe I can wait for the GLFWDA to schedule a ride and join in the FUN. Stocker to mild works for me and I think there would be a local to hook up with that could help with the prerunning to find those less extreme trails.

Can't wait!
