I couldn't find the thread within the first 30 seconds so I gave up. I just put a 06 TJ factory top on a 97 TJ, we replaced all the hardware (bows and doorjams and soft uppers) and it works just great, so I don't know what the differences is between the 97-02 and later. but, if you get all the hardware, it will work just great!

Probably only needs a little fabwork to go the other way, I think the header latches are too wide to fit inbetween the plastic trim they put on the newer wranglers.

Like I said, it worked perfect, so I don't know what the difference is. The header clamps on just like the old header, we used all 06 hardware on a 97.
