1994 YJ FRONT CLIP also COMPLETE SOFT TOP

I have a complete front clip to include L / R fenders, Hood, and core support. All in good condition with no rust. The only sign of and surface rust is where items were mounted. I am asking $400 or best for all. I also have a complete bestop with what appears to be OEM hardware plus top half of the soft doors. I am asking $250 or best for the entire top.
