will all TJ soft tops fit on a 03 rubi?

about to buy a used top for my buddy ( he has no internet) but the top is off an unknown year TJ just wonderd if it would fit his 03 rubi

I believe 2003 was the year they made changes to the soft-tops, not just in material but in the way they function, too. I'm not positive though. Make sure he really checks into compatibility.

Yah all the catalogs I have seen have different part numbers after '03 but I helped my sister-in-law put her soft top up on her '05 this spring and it didn't seem very different, if at all from my top. (except for it being sail cloth)

Where it attaches at the windsheild frame is the change. 97-02 then 03 and up
