The sky is the limit if you go to a spring company, I have had custom springs made at MI Truck Spring in Saginaw.

There is also Deaver Spring, Alcan and a few others. As far as a pre-made kit the most I have seen is 4", but try Full Size Jeep Magazine for more info. FSJmagazine.com I think.
