View Full Version : Our booth at the Jeep Blessing

Once again this year GLFWDA set up our booth at The Cadillac Jeepers Jeep Blessing on Saturday. We got to meet tons of folks and let them all know about The Association, what we stand for, and some of the issues we currently have that could affect the OHV community. We met everyone from Full Size 4WD users that have been in the sport for 40 or more years all the way down to people who had bought their first Jeep within the last couple of weeks. I'm pleased to say that throughout the day we had a total of 18 new members join GLFWDA and two people renew their memberships. If you are one of the new/returning members that we spoke to, thanks again for your support of our sport! Your new membership info should be arriving within the next couple of weeks.

Another exciting development from the Blessing: two new clubs are in the process of forming in Michigan: The Wild Women Mudders based in Mount Morris, and the Elk Country Jeepers in Atlanta, MI. I met the presidents of both clubs and hope to be talking to them further in the near future about how we can help them get off the ground and see if we can add them to our family of GLFWDA member Clubs.

Ron Price from Rocks and Valleys was nice enough to offer us space to set up our booth at any major events he puts on at the park this year and we will be getting a list from him shortly. We look forward to seeing you out at the Park!

Thanks again to the folks at Cadillac Jeepers for hosting such a great event and giving us time to talk to the crowd at the Blessing about GLFWDA!
