was supposed to go jeeping in western massachusetts today. front passenger brake caliper seize on me not 15 miles down the road to the meeting locations. so instead i decided to spend the day scouring the internet for everything four wheeler.

yes i'm in MA. i go to grad school here. i'm originally from MI. coldwater, MI if anybody has head of it. i spent the last 4 years of my life in the UP of MI attending michigan tech university in houghton. i've only been wheeling about a year and a half with my 94 jeep wrangler. paying for school doesn't leave a lot of cash for mods, it's mostly stock. 1" body lift to clear 31" AT radials, also locked the rear diff. with an aussi locker. so it's a bit more capable than stock. who knew?

check out my club here in MA. undergroundjeeps (http://undergroundjeeps.com). we're fairly new but have some 150+ members on the forum and nearly 50 paid club members. mostly jeeps. almost every weekend there's a run somewhere in new england that we're involved in. i run once a month with them about, gas ain't cheap and neither is breaking stuff.

long story short: Hi from MA.

Yup, nice pics.

When you finish school, are you returning to Michigan? If so, look us up. :thumb-up:

How did the Jeep do in the heavy snow? Are you still buried up there?

thanks for the pic. complements. i'll send them along to the important people of the club.

as for me, i'm graduating in june. so i don't really know if i'll be spending much time back in MI wheeling. they say that once you graduate you have to get a real job. that job could be in anywhere in 50 states. know anybody looking to hire a structural engineer? i will work for food and/or gasoline.

i'll keep checking in periodically at the site. see if i can't catch a run with you guys over spring break end of march or something.

dang there's a lot of emoticons to choose from. what is this thing? a ninja? :stole-it: this one looks like my mom (don't tell her i said that).
