I passed my test and am getting my amateur radio license!!

Congratulation&#33;&#33; I am a tech and got my ticket back in May of 02. I have an (2) Icom 2100h, (2 meter radio) one for the car and one for the truck. It is a Great, Durable and Easy Radio to program. It can be modified easy for MARS CAP or Marine use. It has 3 power settings 5,25,50 watt. Cost about &#036;160.00. KC8TWL aka Chris.

I got through Chapter 1 of the review book this morning on the plane to Tuscon.
Wheeling tomorrow on a 4 hour jeep tour and campfire.
Then 2 days of meetings.
Should get through a few more chapters before I get back to Ohio.

Good luck on studying. It takes some commitment to stick through the trickier chapters, but if you stick to it, you&#39;ll get there.

By the way, my license is now official, and my call sign is KD8CXP. :)
