HI, I was directed here from the tri city trail riders. I have been on GL 4X4 for a few years but donít post. I am getting to old for childish name-calling. I have been into jeeps since the early 90ís and have had everything from a 1946 2A to my current 98TJ

My TJ is dead from a rear axle breakage in February but I havenít been able to fix it yet. I am hoping to have it going soon though. I live north of midland in Gladwin Co.

To make a long story short, I am in poor health and it has affected my ability to do things in the shop so projects take forever for me.

Hello and Welcome Aboard!
If you haven't been around in a while, I believe you will find much change from days of yore.

I think i did.
the good news is after 3.5 years of unemployment I now have a job! so I have not been as active online.
I am on the way to fixing the jeep. C clips with a lockrite are a pain in the butt.
I am hopeing to finish this weekend.
I have to put on a brake line and brake hardware on one side and blead the rear brakes. add a battery and I think I am done

Glad to see you got back to work. The auto industry is a tough road these days. I was out for years too. Now I am back building assembly tooling.

Instead of designing weld fixtures I now design plastic dunnage trays for 1984 wages.

Welcome! Cool paint job! Did you mask all that when you did it? I have heard you can buy masks for digital camo. There is also the wrap option.
